Thank you for shopping with InspireLifeWear. We want your order to arrive safely, in excellent condition and as promptly as possible.

1. How we prepare your order

Many InspireLifeWear T-shirts are printed especially for you after an order is placed.

Our products are manufactured and dispatched by selected professional print-on-demand fulfilment partners.

This means production time must be allowed for before delivery begins.

2. UK delivery times

For many of our print-on-demand T-shirts:

• Production: Approximately 2–7 working days.

• Standard UK delivery after dispatch: Typically 5–8 working days for products using our current Printify T-shirt shipping service.

• Indicative total: Approximately 7–15 working days from ordering.

These are estimates. Actual times depend on the product, production provider, destination and available delivery service.

Different products may have different delivery arrangements. We will communicate applicable delivery information before purchase.

Any delivery timeframe specifically agreed with you takes precedence.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on the product, destination, quantity and available shipping method.

Your applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before you confirm payment.

Free or upgraded delivery options are available only where the order meets the conditions shown at checkout.

There are no undisclosed delivery fees added by InspireLifeWear after checkout.

4. International delivery

International delivery is available to supported destinations, depending on the product and fulfilment provider.

Delivery charges and availability are confirmed during checkout.

International delivery may take longer because of transportation and customs procedures.

Any applicable import taxes or customs charges will be explained before purchase where required by law.

Please contact us before ordering if delivery by a particular date is essential.

5. Order confirmation and tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide shipping confirmation and tracking information where available from the delivery provider.

Some delivery services do not provide full tracking.

6. Multiple-item orders

If you order several products, they may be produced or dispatched from different fulfilment locations.

This means items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

Any applicable delivery charges will be disclosed before payment.

7. Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.

If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to correct the details before dispatch, although changes may not be possible once production or shipping has started.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order is delayed, missing or marked as delivered when you have not received it, please contact InspireLifeWear through our website's Contact page.

We will investigate with our fulfilment or delivery partners and arrange an appropriate resolution.

InspireLifeWear remains responsible for delivery under applicable consumer law, even where an independent production or delivery company is involved.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.

Your statutory rights concerning late or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

9. Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly printed, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem.

Photographs may help us resolve the matter promptly.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.
